US Companies to be Encouraged for Appointing Unregistered Migrants

As per a report pouring in straight from the US under the current president’s proposal, the national firms, signing unregistered aliens, will currently receive $3,000 for every such worker employed by them. Allegedly, it’s the outcome of Barack Obama’s latest plan even as the same is the financial motivation being given by the government of the country to the national organizations engaging unregistered outsiders. Reportedly, Obama is pretty keen and eager to proffer a corridor to citizenship for unregistered immigrant manpower staying in the country.

No Punishment for Signing-up Undocumented Aliens

From the present time onwards via the US government’s new executive action companies or job-providers, employing undocumented immigrant employees, will not be subjected to any sort of fine or punishment for doing the same. And firms, not providing healthcare to unrecognized visitors, shall also not be slapped with any type of sentence whatsoever. And such employees will not be qualified for receiving public benefits, such as purchasing insurance on the health exchanges of what is known as Obama Care.

Instead of it, they will be given a financial inducement of $3,000 for every unregistered immigrant employee employed by them. It is because Obama does not regard such visitors as something not acceptable. On the other hand, he allegedly believes that aliens are not just imperative but also in the overall interests of the national economy. Allegedly, the president also opines that engaging unrecognized aliens in the nation will prove useful and beneficial for the nation and make the US economy better.

Obama Care

The inducement for the US recruiters and firms to hire undocumented aliens against citizens & lawful residents of the country falls under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Actor Obama Care. The law came into force in January 2014 even as it necessitates recruiters/job-providers, with 50 or more workers on their pay-rolls, to offer sufficient and reasonably priced healthcare support, or be prepared to be punished with a fine of $3,000 every year, for every permanent full-time working obtaining what is called premium tax credit.

Through the regulations of Obama Care, coverage is acknowledged to be too expensive, if the worker requires coming-up with a contribution of over 9.5%of his family earnings towards recruiter coverage, even while coverage is regarded to be not enough if the insurance fails to pay for not less than 60% of the healthcare expenses.

In this backdrop, Obama Executive action coupled with Obama Care rules generates an escape for the American job-providers. The same is because unlisted visitors, receiving the right to live in the country, are not really fit for purchasing insurance, via federal health insurance, resulting in exemption for recruiters/firms from coughing-up fines.
