Australia Has Clandestine Immigration Plans, Claims Opposition

In a biting attack on the current Australian government, the opposition Labor chief has reportedly stated that the administration does not trust the country even as it seems more inclined towards secret immigration strategies. Bill Shorten, the opposition head, claimed that the administration, headed by the Premier Tony Abbott, boasts of immigration plans which are cloaked in complete mystery, and the entire story of the past months of the Abbott administration is that they hardly trust the nationals.

As per the report, the opposition leader was referring to the nation’s joint action with the authorities of Sri Lanka sometime back in which a water-vessel with 38 Sri Lankan refuge-hunters was caught and every but 1 of the travelers were extradited.

Recently, the incumbent Immigration Minister substantiated the development stating there is hardly any bigger restriction to safeguarding the national borders and preventing vessels arriving to Oz than by bringing to a halt the boats actually and sending back those boats from where they arrive.

Scott Morrison, the minister, stressed the policy that has been the noticeable player of the set of measures that Australia has started since the present administration stormed to power which has resulted in not more than one undertaking making it to Down Under in 2014.

The opposition and detractors have continuously censured the incumbent regime led by Abbott for its hard refugee rule even as the same comprises certain steps like; for instance, offshore processing and also a bar on those landing via vessels to stay in Oz.
