In the wake of widespread concerns and fears that some migrants to Canada are blatantly being cheated and taken for a ride by certain unprincipled and dishonest advisors and agents, the concerned organization, namely, Canada Border Services Agency, has reportedly vowed that it will continue its war against such people and leave no stones unturned to check immigration and visa fraud.
Of late, several instances of Canada based immigration agents and consultants charging migrants from out-of-the-country mammoth amounts of money for jobs in the Maple Leaf Country, only to discover later that the job in the nation does not exist at all, have come to light.
Allegedly, a migrant from Iran, who gave a so-called duly registered immigration agent $25,000 for a Canada Work Permit when he eventually turned-up he discovered that the alleged Canadian recruiter/job-provider had closed shop just a few months before. He then continued to stay in the country hunting for work. But since he required a Work Permit, recruiters/job-providers were not interested in taking up him. His work permit only enabled him to work for the recruiter/firm that had already shut down shop and gone out of business.
The Express Entry Scheme which will start in the month of January, the next year will enable Canadian recruiters/job-providers to choose and engage qualified aliens, who are expected to fulfill the conditions through the points-structure. Workers will be in a position to arrive under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), or the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).
