New Program Under Express Entry Canada 2015 To Facilitate Rapid Selection Of Immigration Candidates

If you have known migration system of the Maple leaf country as one lazy overburdened system that seldom moves and often forgets about the plight of the people who have invested money and faith in the Canadian migration system, it may be time to change your perceptions as Canada Express Entry system is about to be enacted in January 2015. The sloppy and slow moving Canada Immigration procedure meted out an unfavorable treatment to the applicants often leaving them high and dry on precarious grounds of uncertain future. Under the existing policy, the applicants often feel left out with no chance of being heard and cared for by the authorities of the Maple leaf country.

The current system is full of several anomalies like applicants are never able to know about the state of submitted application. Take for an instance, even under the prevailing federal skilled migration scheme, the FSW, the people do not have any whereabouts of their submitted requests as the updates provided by the CIC are age old and in fact pertain to application received in July 2014. This is a big problem in itself as the current system relies on an annual number cap system for each of the listed trades and overall number ceiling for the current edition. The CIC web portal is displaying the application accepted status of each trade but unfortunately the latest numbers indicated pertain to what CIC has received till end of July 2014.

This kind of situation makes people suffer as they are left wondering whether they should submit their requests or not because before submitting their Canada Immigration requests, the applicants must undergo series of preliminary steps that include
  • Obtaining a positive skills assessment advice on the academic qualifications.
  • Writing an approved language test to substantiate linguistic skills in either English or French (the official languages of the Maple leaf country.
These steps are both time consuming as well as expensive, but this is only a part of the whole process as the applicants must also submit a prescribed processing fee to the Canadian government and off course the remittance or the pay order has to be compulsorily in form of Canadian dollars. The money should accompany the application kit.

Due to unavailability of the current position of applications in the specific trades, the applicants have to face a great stress as in many cases it has been noticed that by the time the application reached the Citizenship and Immigration Canada headquarters, the allocated slots for the nominated trades had been consumed and the CIC returned the application. It happened in 2013 and it is happening now also. But off course return of the application without processing is less disappointing than the money lost in getting skills assessment, writing language tests, preparing the fee drafts and international courier charges, etc. Moreover, when the drafts are en-cashed, applicants often lose money as a result of fluctuating Canadian dollar prices.

This is quite contrary to what Canadian authorities had promised while kick starting the latest introduction of its federal skills migration policy under which it had promised a quick service to applicants.
All this is expected to change Canadian government has made up its mind to change the things forever and bring New Program Under Express Entry Canada 2015 To Facilitate Rapid Selection Of Immigration Candidates. The planned introduction would ensure that applicants do not face any issue while placing their requests.

The latest introduction would help the Canadian authorities ensure that prospective candidates always have access to up to date information about the state of their applications.
