Poland Investor Visa OR Entrepreneur Visa

Poland is an integral part of the European Union. It is one of the prominent places for foreigners to take shelter as it enjoys great geographical location in Europe. The average income of people in Poland is low if you compare it with the other EU states but the low cost of living complements perfectly to this. It offers a high standard of education to all its residents free of cost.

Each jurisdiction has different requirement in order to satisfy them for qualifying the permanent residency. For any foreigner to settle in Poland, they should get a temporary residence visa to stay for a period of more than 3 months for any reason like job, education, family, etc.

Many people take investment immigration if an individual wants to invest his money in the country where he wants to become a permanent resident. Such investment is generally made for the benefit of the country where the applicants seeks residency in. You should get Poland Investor Visa or Entrepreneur Visa.

There are two types of visa. They are:

  • Temporary Visa that is valid for maximum period of 2 yrs. The applicants can also renew their permit for more than 2 yrs. All the applicants can also apply with the Polish Consulate of their domicile state. 
  • If you get a permanent residency permit, you are entitled to all legal rights in Poland. You can enter and exit the country according to their own will. 

For getting an entrepreneur visa, all the applicants need to submit Proof of Polish accommodation, their employment contract, documents that proof your ability to cover your living expenses in Poland. The whole process of application usually gets over in 10 - 60 days. It wholly depends on the kind of visa you have applied for.

The Economic Freedom Act that was passed on 2nd July, 2004 States that all the people from the EU and the Free Trade Agreement Zones of Europe that belongs to the Economic area can undertake or run business on the rules that are also applicable to the Polish entrepreneurs.

Any other foreign person can also undertake any business unless the international agreement has mentioned something different. They can follow any form of business like limited partnership, limited joint stock business, Limited Liability Company and Joint Stock Company. They can even purchase shares of any partnership form of business.

Also, the foreign entrepreneurs can run their business as branch office and may also set up any representative office in Poland. Here foreign entrepreneur means that either the person who is residing abroad does not have Polish citizenship or a legal person that has a registered office abroad and is not a legal entity and does not have legal capacity.

He or she is a foreigner who is running his business abroad. Getting a Poland Investor Visa or entrepreneur visa is not that difficult. You just need to follow the simple procedure that is set by the Poland Government and get your visa. Investments are usually made for the benefit of the economy of the country.
